Bhansali Bespoke (The Hamptonns) is in Laxmi Nagar, Balewadi, Pune 411045, near Dasara Chowk and about 0.5 km from Balewadi High Street. The upcoming Balewadi High Street station of Metro Line 3 is about a 7-minute walk away, the Mumbai–Bengaluru Highway (NH 48) is about 2 km, and Hinjewadi IT Park Phase 1 is about 7 km by road.

The project sits in Laxmi Nagar, the residential pocket at the northern end of Balewadi High Street, close to Dasara Chowk and the Baner–Balewadi Road. It is one of the few places in West Pune where you can walk to restaurants, offices and a metro station, and still be ten minutes from the highway.
Balewadi has been part of the Pune Municipal Corporation since 1997 (PIN 411045), so civic services come from PMC, not PCMC. Baner is immediately to the east, Aundh to the south-east, and the Mahalunge and Hinjewadi belt to the west across the highway.

Pune Metro Line 3 (Hinjewadi–Shivajinagar) runs along the Balewadi–Baner stretch. The Commissioner of Metro Rail Safety cleared the first 12 stations, from Maan to R K Laxman Museum (Balewadi), in July 2026; the Balewadi High Street and Balewadi Phata stations are part of a later phase, with the full corridor expected around March 2027. By road, Radha Chowk on NH 48 is about 2 km away.

A 23.3 km, 23-station line from Hinjewadi to Shivajinagar through Balewadi and Baner. The first 12 stations were cleared in July 2026; the full line is expected around March 2027.
West Pune office demand
Pune leased a record 6.6 mn sq ft of offices in H1 2026 (Knight Frank), and West Pune took about a third of the deals, which keeps housing demand steady.
Roads & Ring Road
PMC is completing missing links such as Aundh–Balewadi Stadium via Jupiter Hospital and Baner–Pashan, and the western Ring Road is targeted for December 2027.

Pros: PMC civic services, Balewadi High Street for dining, offices within walking distance, the sports complex, CBSE schools and two large hospitals within about 2 km, and Metro Line 3 on the way.
Cons to know: weekend traffic around the High Street, construction of new towers in the area, the unfinished bridge linking Balewadi with Kaspate Vasti in Wakad, which is still not usable (July 2026), and the Balewadi stations of Metro Line 3 opening only in a later phase.
